MAY 12, 2018 | ALDERGROVE REGIONAL PARK | LANGLEY, BC
Check-In/Registration: 9 AM
Program Start Time: 10 AM
When you Run for Mercy, you support Mercy Canada’s residential program for young women who struggle with life-controlling issues, such as eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, physical and sexual abuse, depression, unplanned pregnancies, and sex trafficking. Our residential program is voluntary, Christ centred, and completely free of charge to young women ages 19-28 across Canada. It lasts approximately 6-9 months and is designed to address the whole person – spirit, soul, and body.
“When I do this, I’m very aware that I’m hurting BUT for young women who’ve sometimes endured a lifetime of pain, I can handle a day.” —Pastor John Burns
On August 20, Pastor John Burns of Relate Church will undertake a self-sacrificial and passionate feat! For one more time, PJ will carry his own clubs, run, and play 100 holes of golf through the night to raise funds and awareness for the many young women across Canada who are broken and hurting—and we couldn’t miss this opportunity to share it with you!
Let’s run for her on May 13! Click here to sign up… Read More…

A LITTLE CRAZY, A LITTLE CHALLENGING, BUT A LOT OF FUN!
Join Pastor John Burns of Relate Church for a game of golf that’s like nothing you’ve ever played before. The Mercy Midnight Madness Golf-A-Thon is an all-night round of golf to raise funds for young women struggling with life-controlling issues.
“Last year I ran and played 200 holes of golf in 24 hours to raise money for Mercy Canada. During that time, I made the unexpected discovery of how much fun night golfing can be! If you love golf, you need to try this.”
-Pastor John Burns
THE RESULTS ARE IN!
Thank you to everyone who supported the Run 4 Mercy in Vancouver this year by running, walking, volunteering, and donating!
In spite of the soaking rain, we had a very successful event and raised $30,000 and counting! We are keeping the online donations open on our website at bit.ly/mercycandonate so if you or anyone you know would like to donate, there is still an opportunity to support young women in need of hope and freedom.
THE RUN 4 MERCY IS BACK!
Our annual 5K run/walk returns to both Vancouver and Edmonton! The Run 4 Mercy is an opportunity to help raise funds and awareness for young women across Canada in need of hope and healing.
These events are for families, teens, seniors, kids, and anyone who wants to help out Mercy Canada reach more young women struggling with life-controlling issues. This year we believe God is giving us the opportunity to go bigger than ever to help even more find hope and healing. Please join us in what we believe is going to be our most successful year yet!
